Return and Replacement

At DigiLooks Healthcare, we do our best to ensure that You are completely satisfied with our Products and do our best to ensure that the Products You order are delivered according to Your specifications and to Your satisfaction, however, we are happy to provide a replacement for Products in circumstances where; (i) You receive an incorrect order; or (ii) the ordered Product is lost during transit; or (iii) the ordered Product is past its expiry date. Please note that in order to return a Product and seek a replacement You must notify DigiLooks Healthcare immediately or within 24 (twenty four) hours of receiving the Product, to ensure prompt resolution. DigiLooks Healthcare will not accept liability for return of Products if You fail to notify us within 24 (twenty four) hours of receiving the Product.

In order to return a Product and seek a replacement, simply mail us on with Your order details and reason for returning the Product, and we will endeavour to replace Your Product expeditiously.

When returning Your Product, please make sure to obtain proof of postage (with tracking information) as we cannot accept liability for loss or damage in transit. The Product is Your responsibility until it reaches our warehouse. Your replacement Product will be shipped once We have received Your returned Products, and have accepted that they are in a re-saleable condition.

Please note that we are unable to offer returns or replacement for the following Product categories:

  • Face Masks
  • Sanitizer
  • Thermometers
  • Gloves
  • Sanitary Pads
  • PPE kits
  • Goggles
  • Wipes

In addition to the abovementioned limitations, DigiLooks Healthcare reserves the right to refuse return or replacement for certain Products, as marked in the respective Product page as “Note: This item cannot be returned or replaced.

Intellectual Property

All Intellectual Property available on the Platform is, and shall remain, the absolute property of DigiLooks Healthcare and/or its partners, affiliates, agents, vendors and other third parties with whom DigiLooks Healthcare has entered into an arrangement in relation to such Intellectual Property. The Intellectual Property available to, or accessible by, You on the Platform is strictly for the purpose of providing You information about DigiLooks Healthcare and the Products and shall be used by You solely for evaluating the Products for purchase by You and no other purpose whatsoever. You agree and acknowledge that You have no right, title, interest or license in the Intellectual Property available on the Platform; and You agree and undertake that You shall not reproduce, republish, download, copy, post, display, transmit or distribute in any way, any of the Intellectual Property available on the Platform, or any part thereof without the express written consent of DigiLooks Healthcare.

For the purpose of these Terms and Conditions the term “Intellectual Property” shall mean all registered and unregistered (i) trademarks, service marks, trade dress, logos, domain names, trade names and corporate names, including all variations, derivations, combinations, registrations and applications for registration of the foregoing and all goodwill associated therewith; (ii) published content, text, graphics, user interfaces, visual interfaces, audio content, video content, photographs, images, archives, designs and design documents; (iii) copyrights and all derivative works, moral rights, renewals, extensions, reversions or restorations associated with such copyrights; (iv) computer software (including source code, object code, firmware, operating systems and specifications); and (v) Product information (including, but not limited to, pricing and cost information, composition, ingredients, literature, description, usage instructions, manuals and diagrams).


Each and every obligation under these Terms and Conditions shall be treated as a separate obligation and shall be severally enforceable as such and in the event of any obligation or obligations being or becoming invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part the remainder of these Terms and Conditions shall continue to remain valid and enforceable. To the extent that any provision or provisions of these Terms and Conditions are invalid or unenforceable they shall be deemed to be deleted from these Terms and Conditions, and any such deletion shall not affect the enforceability of the remainder of these Terms and Conditions not so deleted. To the extent that it may effectively do so under applicable law, You hereby waive any provision of applicable law which renders any provision of these Terms and Conditions invalid, illegal or unenforceable in any respect.

Specific Performance

You acknowledge and agree that irreparable damage would occur to the DigiLooks Healthcare if any provision of these Terms and Conditions is not performed in accordance with the terms hereof, and that DigiLooks Healthcare shall be entitled to an injunction or injunctions to prevent breaches of these Terms and Conditions by You, and to seek or enforce specific performance of these Terms and Conditions by You in addition to any other legal rights and remedies that DigiLooks Healthcare may have, without the necessity of demonstrating the inadequacy of monetary damages.

Rights of Third Parties

Nothing expressed or implied in these Terms and Conditions is intended to, or shall be construed to, confer upon, or give any rights or benefits to any third party who is not a party to these Terms and Conditions and such third party has no rights to enforce these Terms and Conditions.

Force Majeure

DigiLooks Healthcare shall not be liable and to the extent, that the performance or delay in performance of any of its obligations are prevented, restricted, delayed or interfered with due to circumstances beyond the reasonable control of DigiLooks Healthcare, including but not limited to change in law, earthquake, fire, flood, explosion, pandemic, accident, act of God, war, riot, strike, lockout, lockdown, traffic or other concerted act of workmen and/or act of government. DigiLooks Healthcare may at its sole discretion suspend the operation of the Platform and/or withdraw the Products if a force majeure event occurs.
